Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders and relational issues presented by clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, goals, and preferences of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to achieve effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment alternatives, and essential self-care practices to promote recovery and resilience.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making ongoing adjustments to treatment plans as required to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to provide integrated care and address comprehensive client needs.

• Stay informed about the latest research in mood disorders and therapeutic strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to foster camaraderie and shared learning among staff members.

This position primarily focuses on clients dealing with marriage and family-related issues, including but not limited to relationship struggles, divorce, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
