Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Prime Health Counseling, you will provide therapeutic services tailored to the unique needs of each client. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that may include joint sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions with each partner.

• Addressing a wide range of clinical issues, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, physical and psychological abuse, conflicts among family members, job stress, and challenges faced by blended families.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies to help clients achieve their goals.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to offer comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will encompass a broad spectrum of individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. You will work closely with adults as well as children and adolescents, offering tailored sessions to address their specific emotional and psychological needs. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, you will help clients navigate issues such as separation and divorce, blended families, mother/daughter conflicts, and communication difficulties.

Qualifications\n
