This position is structured as a remote role, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your home while remaining connected with clients and colleagues. We utilize teletherapy tools that comply with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and a seamless connection. You will participate in regular virtual team meetings and case consultations for consistent support and professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting focused individual therapy sessions to help clients explore personal challenges and build coping strategies.

• Facilitating couples counseling sessions that address relationship dynamics, communication issues, and conflict resolution.

• Developing, implementing, and regularly updating individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and evolving client needs.

• Assessing and diagnosing mental health disorders through comprehensive evaluations and client histories.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, with additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
