Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make significant impacts on the lives of clients through the following responsibilities:

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based methodologies tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that set measurable goals and progress indicators, ensuring clarity and direction in the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Participate in crisis intervention and risk assessments, ensuring that clients feel safe and supported during challenging times.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation practices that adhere to ethical guidelines, providing a thorough account of client sessions and treatment progress.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, is offered. In addition to your salary, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
