Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessment and evaluation of client needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups employing scientifically-based methods.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, tailoring your approach to each client's specific situation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, involving case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals as required.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal requirements and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of emerging trends in mental health and counseling practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Your empathy and expertise will assist clients in navigating their emotional struggles and empower them to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.
\n
• Strong understanding of legal requirements and ethical practices related to counseling.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities, enabling you to effectively engage with clients from various backgrounds.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 60,000 – 90,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
