Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing counselors to conduct sessions from the comfort of their homes or chosen settings. However, our counselors also work closely with our outpatient office team, participating in regular virtual meetings and training sessions to ensure alignment on treatment approaches and care strategies. We leverage technology to create a seamless experience for both staff and clients, employing secure telehealth platforms to facilitate therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, initial assessments and evaluations to determine client mental health needs, ensuring a holistic understanding that considers emotional, behavioral, and situational factors.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are responsive to the unique needs and goals of each client, continually adapting these plans based on progress and feedback.

• Provide therapeutic counseling services to clients through both individual and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and modalities tailored to varied mental health challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

• Coordinate care and effectively communicate with other healthcare providers, fostering a collaborative approach to treatment when necessary, and ensuring that clients receive comprehensive care.

• Adhere rigorously to professional and ethical guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of practice in line with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential issued by the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a sustained commitment to client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position includes an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
