Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake interviews to determine clients’ mental health status and diagnosis.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that facilitate clients’ growth and recovery.

• Provide individual counseling sessions, as well as facilitate group therapy meetings that promote peer support.
\n
• Administer therapeutic interventions for a range of issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and substance abuse.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress in compliance with regulatory standards and internal practices.
\n
• Offer 24-hour supervision and strategic guidance to clients engaged in therapeutic activities and community programs.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment effectiveness and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our work primarily focuses on youth and adults facing diverse mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, including supervised clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
