Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs through thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

• Applying various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to promote optimal client outcomes.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for each client.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required to succeed in this role:

Compensation and Benefits\n
