You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers. Utilizing advanced EMR software for documentation and case management will streamline your workload, enabling you to focus on client engagement and care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and mental health challenges, establishing a baseline for treatment interventions.

• Develop individualized therapy strategies utilizing evidence-supported modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing tailored interventions that address various mental health needs.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and integrated care, participating in team meetings and case discussions to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay informed on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Additionally, a focus on vulnerable populations, such as those dealing with substance misuse or those in crisis, will be central to your practice. Understanding and incorporating socio-cultural factors that influence clients’ experiences is crucial in creating an inclusive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting, is essential.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines regarding mental health counseling practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
