Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LPC will encompass various key functions aimed at providing comprehensive mental health services:

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Perform thorough evaluations and assessments tailored to each client’s unique needs and treatment goals.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while employing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software.

• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training, and ongoing educational opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will consist of individuals from varied backgrounds dealing with a wide range of psychological issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, family dynamics, and substance abuse challenges. A focus on delivering compassionate care to couples and families will also be essential, helping them navigate through interpersonal conflicts and strengthening their relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferentially within clinical settings.
\n
• Solid understanding of ethical guidelines and legal standards governing mental health practices.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.

• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
