Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions in a compassionate and supportive manner.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and local regulations using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and staying informed of the latest mental health research and best practices.
\n
• Collaboratively work with other clinicians, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care delivery for clients.

• Provide guidance and support to clients navigating mental health challenges, enhancing their coping skills and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges. Our clients often come from backgrounds with limited access to traditional mental health resources, and you will play a critical role in bridging this gap by offering them exceptional care tailored to their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical environment.

• Proven ability to develop therapeutic relationships and communicate effectively with diverse populations.

• Excellent record-keeping skills with familiarity in using EMR systems and telehealth platforms.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or advanced training in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
