Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients' therapeutic needs and establish treatment plans that promote effective healing strategies.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to cater to the distinct needs of clients.

• Engage clients through individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions that are both supportive and challenging, facilitating their journey towards mental wellness.

• Maintain accurate and secure clinical records in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure accountability and quality of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic and integrated treatment.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions to remain knowledgeable about the latest mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

The LPC will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups dealing with various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload.
