Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop customized therapy strategies that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that clients feel supported and understood.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients served by our community health clinic often face a multitude of challenges due to socioeconomic factors, systemic barriers, or lack of access to traditional mental health resources. As a Senior Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and family relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
