Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, and family groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records following legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to deliver integrated and holistic care, engaging with healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client treatment.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and workshops to remain current with the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing debilitating anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse issues. You will play a vital role in addressing barriers to care, particularly among those with limited access to mental health services. By developing customized therapeutic strategies, you will help clients achieve their personal growth objectives and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings.

• Solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to forge strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and associated technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

• A sign-on bonus of $3,000 will be available upon successful joining of the team.
