Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing your expertise to address the unique psychological needs of clients.

• Perform thorough clinical assessments to inform treatment planning, adapting strategies based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state regulations.
\n
• Work in tandem with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals within a multidisciplinary framework to ensure seamless coordination of care.

• Adhere to California state ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality and fostering trust among clients.
\n
• Engage in professional supervision, participate in biweekly team meetings, and contribute to ongoing training initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, with various mental health diagnoses and life experiences. You will also focus on populations such as LGBTQIA+ individuals and trauma survivors, providing compassionate care that respects their unique challenges and strengths.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the State of California, with registration through the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, LGBTQIA+ clients, and survivors of trauma is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or trauma-informed approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain detailed documentation while effectively managing a caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
