Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized therapy strategies that align with the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and groups, utilizing a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused modalities.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in patient documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic treatment plans and provide comprehensive care for clients diagnosed with complex mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A competitive salary range of $120,000 – $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

• A sign-on bonus of $3,000 is offered to new LPCC team members.
