Key Responsibilities\n

• Document clinical findings and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting focused on mental health intervention.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele.

• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload volume.
