Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments by applying evidence-based practices to develop well-informed and individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other empirically-supported modalities, to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and relevant regulatory frameworks.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists, promoting integrated care for your clients.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer reviews aimed at improving the quality of care and enhancing professional development.

• Provide education and support for clients and their families concerning mental health conditions, therapy options, and available community support resources.

• Stay apprised of the latest research and advancements in mental health to ensure that the therapy provided is evidence-based and effective.

At Greater Lakes Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clientele represents various backgrounds and age groups, allowing you to engage with and positively influence the lives of many. Your role will be critical in providing culturally competent care that respects and understands the unique challenges faced by our clients in the Murrieta, California area and beyond.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Knowledge and application of solution-based psychotherapy techniques tailored to meet the distinct needs of each client.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships.
