Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to foster healing and growth.

• Participate in regular staff conferences to evaluate ongoing clinical treatment programs, ensuring optimal care quality and adherence to treatment goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, including intake summaries, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in evaluating patients for potential psychotropic medication needs, while adhering to best practices and ethical standards.

• Supervise and mentor Post-Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, when applicable, ensuring quality supervision and training.

• Provide educational support and resources to clients' families to help them understand treatment plans and reinforce adherence to prescribed interventions.

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including adults and children facing a wide range of mental health challenges, from acute crises to chronic conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient mental health settings, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and knowledge of community resources are highly regarded.
