Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental and emotional well-being of your adolescent and young adult clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique circumstances, goals, and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual, family, and group therapy settings, ensuring a tailored approach for every client.

• Monitor and document clients' progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with clients as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention support and immediate assistance for clients facing urgent mental health concerns.

• Engage in teamwork and collaboration with a multidisciplinary group of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver integrated care.

• Participate in ongoing supervision and training sessions to continuously cultivate your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse population of adolescents and young adults struggling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our focus is on creating a safe and understanding space for clients to openly discuss their challenges and work together toward healing.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with and support your clients effectively.

• Demonstrated qualities of compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach toward individuals from various backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.
