Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, creating individualized and actionable treatment plans.

• Utilize secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual platforms to deliver evidence-based therapeutic services while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and provide consistent support, adapting approaches based on their progress and feedback.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to clients’ preferences and identified needs.

• Document treatment sessions meticulously and report client progress to ensure alignment with therapeutic goals and maintain comprehensive client records for quality assurance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to employ tailored therapeutic techniques to meet clients’ unique circumstances, supporting their journey towards improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish a strong therapeutic rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding towards diverse client experiences, creating a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.

• Proven organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage appointments, documentation, and client communications.
