Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations for new clients to determine psychological needs and appropriate therapy interventions.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their emotions and challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.

• Assist clients in crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention to manage acute emotional or behavioral issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent credentialing is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, contingent on experience and qualifications.
