Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to ensure accurate identification and understanding of client mental health concerns.

• Employ diverse, evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy, tailoring approaches to meet individual client preferences.

• Manage treatment plans, including weekly and biweekly follow-up sessions focused on client progress and adaption of therapeutic strategies based on real-time feedback.

• Utilize data-driven techniques to track client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly, working collaboratively with clients to achieve their mental health goals.

• Provide crisis management and intervention when necessary, assessing risk and determining the best course of action to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Engage in continuous collaboration with case management to coordinate services and enhance client support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a wide demographic, primarily individuals facing conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, and grief. Your role will focus on developing professional relationships with clients who may have varying levels of comfort with therapy, aiming to cultivate an environment of trust and support for open communication and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington State, adhering to state regulations.

• Proficiency in multiple psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with diverse mental health disorders, including MDD, ADHD, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and trauma.

• A clean record with no history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, reflecting the expertise and dedication required.
