Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate, non-judgmental therapy to clients with varying mental health needs, utilizing a flexible clinical approach tailored to individual preferences.

• Function effectively as a Licensed Therapist, responsible for the diagnosis, management, and treatment of clients.

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that include counseling, psychotherapy, and behavioral modification.

• Utilize a variety of psychotherapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Monitor clients' responses to treatment through data-driven approaches, ensuring adjustments to therapy as necessary.

• Demonstrate strong crisis management skills, providing immediate intervention for clients in distress.

• Document progress and treatment plans using an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system and remote communication tools.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse population, including individuals facing challenges such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, and grief. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills necessary for effective client interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n
