Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients seeking support for alcohol-related issues.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to effectively engage clients.

• Encourage and educate clients about the harm-reduction model of treatment, tailoring your approach to their preferences regarding moderation versus complete abstinence.

• Facilitate support groups and contribute to community recovery discussions, ensuring clients feel connected and supported throughout their journey.

• Collaborate with our Content Manager to produce insightful resources, extending your expertise to a wider community.

• Provide referrals and community support options to clients as they navigate both our treatment resources and peer support programs like AA and Smart Recovery.

Qualifications\n
