Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the individual status and needs of members, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Implement and coordinate clinical treatment programs for members, continuously evaluating their progress and making necessary adjustments to achieve therapeutic goals.

• Guide and educate patients and their families on compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens, including medication adherence, utilizing empathetic communication techniques.

• Maintain confidential and comprehensive records, composing intake summaries, treatment plans, and progress notes to track individual treatment histories effectively.

• Consult with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, allied health professionals, and psychiatric staff to ensure comprehensive care and support for treatment-related decisions, including medication management.

• Offer family support and educational sessions about treatment processes at the request of members, empowering families to engage effectively in the therapeutic journey.

This role focuses on providing services to a variety of clients, including adults and children, who present a wide spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
