Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and thorough client records, both written and electronic, to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Coordinate services with partner agencies and facilitate client visits to enhance comprehensive care provision.

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and develop individualized treatment plans and interventions.

• Collaborate effectively with other agency professionals to provide multidisciplinary support tailored to clients’ challenges.

• Write detailed case notes and conduct client assessments to track and evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Support the treating therapist in administering, interpreting, and reporting results from psychometric assessments.

• Participate in supervision sessions, providing insight and receiving guidance on complex clinical cases in collaboration with your site supervisor.

• Attend regular team meetings to stay aligned with organizational practices and share best practices for clinical management.

• Identify and connect clients with appropriate agency resources and support systems to enhance their treatment experience.

• Prepare thoroughly for each client session, reviewing case notes and conducting research to support effective therapeutic interventions.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in small group supervision, seminars, and relevant training sessions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
