Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify clients' issues, goals, and therapeutic needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are personalized to each client’s preferences, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions through a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches, based on the unique needs of clients.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, conforming to ethical and legal standards to guarantee privacy and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent license issued by the state board: either Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Proficient in conducting professional evaluations and making informed treatment recommendations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to foster rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong proficiency in digital health platforms, telehealth tools, and EMR systems.
