Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each client's unique concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Deliver a minimum of 15 client hours of individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Provide ongoing support to clients grappling with a wide array of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Engage in constructive collaboration with healthcare professionals, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care that enhances their treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
