Key Responsibilities\n

Your day will consist of a variety of impactful tasks designed to support client wellness:

• Conduct initial assessments through secure video conferencing to evaluate client needs and develop suitable treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, marital, and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

• Implement mental health screenings using virtual tools, effectively identifying areas where clients require additional support.

• Regularly assess and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, contributing to additional practice tasks as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from children to adults, who face various mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Your expertise will enable you to engage effectively with diverse populations, understanding their unique experiences and backgrounds, to offer personalized therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is essential.

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, or Social Worker is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, particularly working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges including co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
