Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct a variety of therapy sessions such as individual, family, and group therapy utilizing therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy tailored to individual needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, adjusting strategies based on ongoing assessments of client progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive patient management, integrating mental health care with broader health services.

• Offer immediate therapeutic support for families facing acute mental health crises, guiding them toward conflict resolution and stabilization.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and therapeutic outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Counselor will primarily serve children and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will engage with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related symptoms. A strong focus on fostering positive relationships with clients will be crucial in addressing their specific needs and facilitating long-term recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
