Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a blend of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on client strengths and needs, regularly monitoring progress to adjust interventions as necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide an integrated approach to mental health treatment, sharing insights about patient care and progress.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to families facing acute challenges, facilitating stabilization, conflict resolution, and necessary referrals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, documenting treatment notes, assessment results, and client communications as part of compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license in Washington State as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is a must.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a therapeutic setting, specifically working with children and families.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clientele effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
