Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, leveraging state-of-the-art telehealth technology to deliver therapy through secure video conferencing. You will communicate with clients from the Bothell, Washington area and beyond, adapting to their individual preferences while working independently to provide exceptional care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Function as a licensed therapist to diagnose, manage, and treat clients in a non-judgmental and empathetic manner.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement various therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic approaches.
\n
• Manage weekly or biweekly follow-up treatment sessions; adjust therapeutic strategies based on client responsiveness and therapeutic progress.
\n
• Collaborate with case management to ensure a holistic approach to client care, especially for those facing complex mental health issues.
\n
• Utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) system for documentation while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
\n
• Engage in crisis management when necessary, applying strong diagnostic and clinical skills to assess and intervene effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), grief, and trauma. Your ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each patient will be critical in promoting healing and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) according to state regulations.

• Proven track record of no medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and flexible approach to therapy.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience using various psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with a wide range of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
