Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and interviews with new clients to understand their unique challenges and goals.

• Provide insightful and evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and transition summaries, to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate integrated care and connect clients with community resources for preventive mental health services.

• Engage in specialized program management initiatives within the Behavioral Health Department to promote mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and addiction issues. You will be tasked with providing care to clients from various backgrounds, including those facing homelessness, trauma, or co-occurring disorders. Your compassion and understanding of these complex issues will be essential in helping clients navigate their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.

• At least 2 years of documented experience in crisis management and providing comprehensive mental health services.

• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders within a therapeutic context.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to respectful, collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n
