Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health status and needs through one-on-one sessions.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions for clients, utilizing a variety of methods tailored to their specific circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders. A deep understanding of mental health disorders and a culturally sensitive approach are essential, as you will be collaborating with individuals from varied backgrounds and experiences. Your ability to build trust and rapport will be key in facilitating their journey towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
