Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies to effectively address mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other disorders.

• Developing comprehensive, personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that align with their goals and facilitate effective recovery strategies.

• Providing timely crisis intervention and support when clients experience acute emotional distress, prioritizing their safety and well-being.

• Maintaining meticulous, confidential client records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and state laws, contributing to best practices in care management.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure in Washington State as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Active Mind Healthcare offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
