Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic best practices.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy, and where appropriate, offer family, marriage, or group counseling sessions to address diverse behavioral and mental health needs.

• Administer mental health screenings and evaluations to assess treatment requirements and establish a therapeutic baseline for clients.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the clinical environment, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the development of innovative therapeutic approaches.

• Document client progress and treatment efficacy using established telehealth systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay updated on emerging trends and practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, holding a valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
