Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a trusting relationship with patients to foster an open and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to determine clients' needs, goals, and expectations for therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health counselors work primarily with adolescents and their families, providing supportive therapy that addresses a broad range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling, preferably within a school or community-based setting, is required.
