Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the specific challenges and strengths of each client, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans based on client progress.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, participating in regular team meetings to discuss client care strategies and outcomes.

• Offer immediate support to families facing crises, employing therapeutic interventions aimed at stabilizing the situation and facilitating conflict resolution.
