This is a fully remote position, allowing flexibility in your work location while maintaining consistent communication and collaboration with the rest of our professional team. Our team operates primarily during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to understand their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of patient interactions, assessments, and progress to comply with healthcare regulations and enhance patient care.

• Regularly assess therapy outcomes and modify interventions based on patient feedback and clinical evidence, ensuring the highest standards of care.

• Connect patients with community resources, support groups, and therapeutic activities that complement their treatment plans.

• Document all treatments, including therapy progress, session notes, and follow-up care in an electronic health record system to streamline care coordination.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
