Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video platforms.

Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating with clients to formulate actionable steps towards improving their mental health, ensuring that they have the tools necessary to overcome life’s obstacles.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a variety of mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Our goal is to empower these individuals by equipping them with vital coping mechanisms and self-awareness skills to enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license enabling independent practice as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

• No limited/provisional license status and a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine empathy for client experiences.

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using video conferencing tools.
\n
• A reliable computer setup equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for effective virtual sessions.

• Consistent and dependable internet connectivity.

Preferred Experience\n

We seek candidates who have at least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling. Those with proven experience working with diverse populations or specific therapeutic modalities will be highly favored. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from various backgrounds will be invaluable in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
