Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, and other psychotherapy modalities.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans based on client needs, ensuring that therapeutic goals and progress are clearly outlined and communicated.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals within our community health clinic to provide a holistic approach to patient care, addressing both mental and physical aspects of client wellness.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients and families experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution strategies to stabilize situations effectively.

• Document all therapeutic sessions, treatment interventions, and client outcomes in accordance with organizational policies and confidentiality laws.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on working with children, families, and individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues. Your expertise will be pivotal in addressing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological conditions. As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with diverse populations, tailoring your approach to suit the unique needs of each client while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for meaningful therapeutic progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active state license in Washington as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience working in a therapeutic setting with children and families, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
