Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and psychotherapy, to address a broad range of mental health issues.

• Develop personalized treatment plans for clients, regularly monitoring their progress through assessments and feedback loops, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals at Connections Counseling Services to provide a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's health are addressed.

• Respond to immediate concerns by offering guidance to families in crisis, utilizing de-escalation techniques and strategic interventions to stabilize situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Utilize electronic health record software to document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and families, tackling a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active state license to practice as a LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC in Washington is mandatory.
