Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs of clients seeking help for substance use disorders.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions that address pressing issues such as addiction triggers, coping strategies, and relapse prevention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with substance use disorders, ranging from individuals in early recovery to those in later stages needing ongoing support. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of substance use disorders and effective, evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy within an addiction treatment context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
