Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gather details about clients’ mental health histories and needs. Using solution-focused interventions, develop targeted treatment plans tailored to individual goals and challenges.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to engage clients in their healing journeys, promoting resilience and hope.

• Document client interactions and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance within the practice.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated care that reflects the holistic needs of our clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, sharing insights and best practices that enhance the overall quality of care across the clinic.

• Guide clients and their families in understanding mental health conditions, treatment approaches, and community resources, empowering them to advocate for their own well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
