Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric or psychosocial assessments, including mental status examinations, to evaluate clients' needs and challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to devise personalized treatment plans, integrating their unique backgrounds and circumstances.
\n
• Provide a variety of therapeutic modalities such as individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, psychoeducation, and group therapy.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.
\n
• Document all clinical interactions in an electronic health record (EHR) system in accordance with organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
\n
• Monitor client progress and utilize outcome measurements to inform treatment adjustments, ensuring effectiveness and client satisfaction.
\n
• Engage collaboratively with referral sources and other members of the client's support team to coordinate comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families facing mental health challenges, co-occurring disorders, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active license in the State of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience providing direct mental health care to clients is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
