Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and needs, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client situations.

• Provide a combination of virtual and, when necessary, in-person counseling sessions, adjusting techniques to foster an effective therapeutic environment.

• Collaborate routinely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and establish comprehensive treatment strategies that may involve physical health professionals, social workers, and other mental health specialists.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, therapy sessions, treatment progress, and case notes to support ongoing care and legal requirements.

• Participate in continued professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed about current industry standards.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, providing support to individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. In addition, special attention will be given to clients in various stages of their mental health journey, including diagnosis, managing their condition, and seeking recovery support.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as required by state regulations.

• A solid grasp on collaborative care within a multidisciplinary outpatient mental health setting.

• Proven communication skills that facilitate open and respectful dialogue with clients and colleagues alike.

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a Third Party.
\n
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n
