Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a variety of psychotherapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct diagnostic assessments, identify client strengths and areas for growth, and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence and client feedback.
\n
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches in alignment with their responses to therapy, employing data-driven methods to inform clinical decisions.
\n
• Engage in crisis management as necessary, providing immediate support to clients in distress while following established protocols for safety and care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and concise documentation of client interactions and treatment plans using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and secure remote communication tools.
\n
• Foster a non-judgmental, empathetic atmosphere that encourages clients to share their experiences and challenges comfortably.
\n
• Collaborate with case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided, addressing the holistic needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The counselor in this role will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, grief, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Your ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the unique circumstances of each client is crucial in fostering effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) as required by state regulations.

• Proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities, with a solid understanding of diverse mental health diagnoses.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining a positive therapeutic alliance with clients.

• History of successful practice without medical malpractice claims verified by a third party.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n
