Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or a comparable certification must be maintained throughout employment.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling to a wide range of populations.

• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate productive interactions with clients, peers, and community resources.

• A proven ability to work independently while fostering teamwork within a collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have experience delivering therapy through both in-person and online mediums, familiarity with using telehealth platforms, and a background in working with underserved populations. Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
