Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions where young adults can share experiences, thereby fostering a supportive community environment.

• Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focused on assessment, intervention, and the development of personalized coping strategies for clients.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create and implement individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and cater to their specific mental health needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess client progress systematically through the use of various measurement tools, modifying treatment plans as necessary to address changing needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be young adults aged 18 to 30, who may be grappling with mental health and mood disorders. You will provide therapeutic support through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), utilizing both evidence-based practices and holistic approaches to treatment. The goal is to foster resilience, empower clients with the tools they need for recovery, and inspire hope for the future.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current Maryland licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
